I’ve enjoyed several massages by different therapists at Touch By Ann‘s and they have all been amazing! The owner, staff, and therapists are all very professional and friendly. They have always been able to accommodate last minute appointments, which works so great for me.

I went in for a deep tissue couple's massage. My husband had a great experience, he said his masseuse was thorough. I was glad he had a great experience. I, on the other hand did not. I had the thin tall masseuse. She worked on one side, and as she transitioned to the other side, that's when she asked me how did I like the level of pressure. It was sort of late to be asking that question, but that honestly wasn't what bothered me most. I was most bothered that I could tell she began to rush and she never actually made it to my hands or feet during the massage. The following day I woke up with knots on the side of my body where lighter pressure was applied. I've had many deep tissue massages, and have never experienced knots on one side of my body after. Finally, after a second Epsom salt bath, foam rolling and pressure point rolling on the knots with a lacrosse ball, I felt better. I hate that the first experience here was not better because they have great prices, and that the masseuse who worked on my husband has to be part of this review, because she's not deserving of such criticism. I will just have to continue to go to the spas that have always given me better service. I may pay a bit more, but it's worth not waking up in pain the next day.

We went here may Sunday 18th 2025 4ish clock in the evening, The atmosphere very cute, but listen the attitude & vibe from the curly long hair blonde skinny lady that came out absolutely disgusting!!!! Ruined it !! We tried looking at the Business cards, & and the lady acted like we don’t belong touching anything!!!! she wasn’t informative or inviting, she handed us a pamphlet & said go book online we went to a different spa in red oak that was very happy to take us sameday booking is absolutely not welcome in this place but it’s advertised on the website
